Challenging Conversations

We face a range of challenging conversations at work – between individuals and line managers, between teachers and students, among colleagues, and with our community members. In this workshop we will discuss strategies for success in challenging conversations. The session includes anonymous scenarios submitted in advance by participants and includes highly practical time to work on conversations of personal relevance.
