Pursuing Excellence 2024
Sarah had the privilege of attending and presenting at the Pursuing Excellence conference at International Community School (Singapore) on Friday. Our highlights included:
🔶 The two keynote speeches by Jehiel Lawrence from Xylem and Jamil Khan from The Arbinger Institute
🔶 Many thoughtful conversations with staff over coffee, tea, and lunch
🔶 The chance to offer pop-up coaching alongside the morning sessions and introduce coaching for the first time to some staff members
🔶 The honour of leading workshops about conflict resolution and challenging conversations for the leadership team
The purposeful vibe and positive atmosphere was very encouraging. Thanks to Suzy Maben, Tricia Verver, Karla Cienfuegos for their organisation and careful planning of this day!
